Hi, I’m Leah! I’m a Realtor® and Associate Broker with Greater Athens Properties, and I’ve called Athens home since 1999. Since 2004, I’ve helped buyers and sellers across Greater Athens, Northeast Georgia, and Lake Hartwell, and I’m licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina.

Twenty-two years in, here’s what I know for sure: no two moves are alike. A first-time buyer up against multiple offers, a family selling the home they’ve loved for decades, and someone relocating to Athens from across the country all need something different. What they all deserve is the same: straight answers, strong negotiation, and someone who knows these neighborhoods well enough to tell you what the listing photos won’t.

Sometimes that means telling you a house isn’t the one. I’d rather lose a deal than have you lose sleep.
